Bill retired in 2015 following a 35-year career in finance at IBM, where he held a number of senior financial executive positions including IBM general auditor, vice president of finance for the Asia Pacific Group located in Tokyo, and most recently vice president of finance for IBM Transformation and Operations. He also serves as a Trustee for the Lake George Association.

Chief Impact Strategist at Community Capital Management LLC, David has a long history as a pioneer in the impact investing industry. He has worked as a consultant to Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI’s), nonprofits and social enterprises. He serves on the boards of New York Advisory Board for Enterprise Community Partners, Croatan Institute, and AERIS®: The Information Service for Community Investors. Former Board Member of U.S. SIF: The Forum for Sustainable Investment.

A Putnam Fund Trustee from 1994 to 2018 - Independent Vice Chairman from 2005 to 2013 and Independent Chair from 2013 to 2018 Jamie is the president of Baxter Associates, Inc., a private investment firm and has been a director of a number of corporate and nonprofit boards. She is past chair of the Mutual Fund Directors Forum; a past trustee of the Adirondack Land Trust and Adirondack Chapter of The Nature Conservancy. Baxter also is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of Mount Holyoke College.

Jim is President of a private company that provides oxygen and home medical equipment services to veterans discharged from VA hospitals in the South and Midwest. He previously served as general counsel for Murray Devine, a valuation and financial services firm, and President of Logan Advisors, the outside manager of a $2.1 billion distressed debt fund. While still a practicing attorney, he was an associate with the Noerr law firm in Munich and Morrison & Foerster in Washington, DC, and a partner at Duane Morris in his hometown of Philadelphia. He currently also serves on the boards of Delaware Valley Friends School and The Seagle Festival. Jim’s wife, Judy, is a retired schoolteacher and his two children are pursuing careers in the arts.

Lori grew up in Lake Placid and Boston. She currently lives in Saratoga Springs and recently retired from Adirondack Community Foundation as VP for Community Impact. Lori returned to the region six years ago with a background in community work that began decades ago in Boston at City Year, Inc., and continued in rural communities throughout Colorado with one of the largest private foundations in the state. She has 30 years of experience working for nonprofits and for the past 12 years in community development in the philanthropic sector. She has particular experience in public-private partnerships and believes that they are necessary to support communities’ vision and ability to thrive. Lori graduated from Northwood School before heading back to Boston for a BA in English from Tufts University.

Adam is the President of Kentile Excavating Inc, a third generation, family-owned firm that provides excavation, clearing, road construction, landscaping, septic, and utility work in the northern Adirondack region. Starting out as a laborer through high school and college, he eventually transitioned into operational management and ownership roles along with his business partner. Under their stewardship, the mainstays of honesty and hard work remain paramount, with additional focus in specialized equipment, investment in technology, and the recruitment of professional operators, drivers, and labor. He is an avid hunter and outdoorsman, deeply committed to his community and the Adirondack way of life. Adam lives in Tupper Lake with his wife, Brooke, daughters Ronwyn and Quincy, and Prim, "The Wonder Dog."

Etienne spent over 40 years in the financial world and has served on the boards of several early stage companies and is a founding member of several investment funds. His nonprofit activities have included 10 years on the boards of the Adirondack Council and 10 years on the Board of the Adirondack Experience (while it was the Adirondack Museum!). He is a fourth generation Adirondacker and deeply interested in helping to advance Adirondack causes.

Deb is President and CEO of ETS Staffing, Recruiting and Consulting. She has overseen the expansion and exponential growth of ETS since taking over the role from the founder, her mom, Hope Coryer, in 2013. In 2018, Deb started Ready4Real, a non-profit organization that delivers innovative and relevant curriculums to youth and adults to prepare them for real life. Deb is the former President of the Board of Directors for the CVPH Foundation and is a board member of the North Country Workforce Development Board and on the Advisory Board for the Institute for Advanced Manufacturing (IAM) at Clinton Community College. She is a past Trustee of Mountain Lake PBS.

Todd is Executive Vice President of Fairfield-Maxwell Ltd., a third-generation family-owned enterprise with a diversified portfolio of businesses spanning multiple industries and geographies. He also serves as CEO of the company's maritime group. A third-generation Adirondacker, Todd finds his greatest joy in spending time at his family's camp on Raquette Lake throughout the year, sharing his love of the Adirondack Park with his children, and helping ensure that its communities remain vibrant, resilient, and strong for generations to come.

David has been involved with environmental organizations in the Lake George region for over 35 years: the Lake George Land Conservancy, the Fund for Lake George and the Lake George Association. He was a photographer in NYC for 10 years then attended the School of Architecture at RPI, going on to design-build work. He has sailed & cruised over 10,000 nm holding a USCG 100 Ton Captain’s License. David lives in Hague on Lake George and Florida with his wife LeeAnn.

Joan heads the Advocates of the BT3 Alliance and is on the Board of Historic Saranac Lake. She is a past board trustee of the Adirondack Chapter of the Nature Conservancy, Trustee Emerita of the Adirondack Health Foundation, and past trustee of the Hunter College Foundation. She is a member of the Hunter Hall of Fame and recipient of an Honorary Doctorate.

Dan is a Managing Member of The Placid Group LLC, who has extensive experience building, leading, and restructuring global energy services, industrial automation/manufacturing, technology, and software companies. He is currently an investor, advisor, and board member in growth companies, and advises private equity and venture capital funds involved in climate technology and the energy transition. Dan also serves as a board member of the Trudeau Institute and as a member of Point Positive. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Union College and lives in Lake Placid with his wife, Pam.

Craig recently served two terms as Supervisor for the Town of Chester and was the Finance Committee Chairman for Warren County and was on the board of the Adirondack Association of Towns and Villages. He also served as treasurer for the Warren County Local Development Corp and vice-chairman for the Warren-Washington Counties Industrial Development Authority. He is president of North Warren Chamber of Commerce and past president of Chestertown Rotary and serves on the Adirondack Common Ground Alliance. Professionally, Craig is a Holistic Management Certified Educator and operates Leggett Consulting. He was the Director of Learning Sites for an international nonprofit and worked with implementing sustainable practices on ranches, farms, and community lands in the US and Eastern Africa. By trade, he is an experienced carpenter and specializes in fixing old homes. Creating communities that work has been his life-long passion.

Lynn Magnus, a Principal Financial Advisor at Long Run Wealth Advisors, spent the first 20 years of her career focused on corporate financial planning and analysis, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the Investment Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co. She is now the co-owner of Long Run Wealth Advisors, which helps individuals and small businesses achieve their personal and financial goals. Lynn is an active community member in Lake Placid, focusing on the opportunity gap impacting local children. She serves on the Board of the Lake Placid Outing Club and on the Board of the Educational Opportunity Fund, which benefits the Lake Placid Central School District. She lives in Lake Placid with her husband, Bryan, and their son, Jackson.

Peter Menzies owns and operates The Katonah Reading Room, a community bookstore and café in Katonah, New York, with his wife, Gretchen. A former MTV producer and director, he has been active in nonprofit leadership for more than three decades. He serves on the Board of the Claneil Foundation, where he chairs the Governance Committee, and is Emeritus Chair of the Lake George Association, where he served as Board Chair and Interim Executive Director. His board service also includes the Lake George Land Conservancy, Westchester Land Trust, and the Katonah Chamber of Commerce.

Barry has been an attorney at McLane, Middleton, New Hampshire’s largest law firm, for over thirty years, focusing on environmental law and energy project development. In 2024 he completed a six-year term as the firm's Managing Partner. Barry established his lifelong connection to the Adirondacks as a child at the North Country Camps in Keeseville, where he and his wife later met as staff members. He recently led the effort to form the alumni-run North Country Camps Foundation, helping the family who operated the camps for nearly a century to start a new chapter. He has chaired the foundation's board since its inception.

Bill retired from C-level positions in the energy distribution business in 2011 after a 35-year career and has subsequently served on several nonprofit organization boards, including Glens Falls Hospital (chair), North Country Ministry (chair) and the Albany Medical Health System. He was a founding member of Pros4Care, a prostate cancer awareness and patient support organization, and serves on the College of Science Advisory Council at the University of Notre Dame.

Retired from a career in Equity Research and Investment Banking, Tonia lives in New York City and Lake Placid with her husband, Bill, and their combined five children. A life-long resident of the Adirondacks, her ties to the community run deep. Past regional board service includes the Adirondack Experience in Blue Mountain Lake, the Shore Owners’ Association in Lake Placid, and the Lake Placid Land Conservancy.

Craig began his career at PepsiCo in 1974, running Pepsi's business in Japan. He then ran much of Pepsi's international business over the next 10 years, before spending 15 years as CEO of Pepsi's North American business and the Worldwide beverage business. He finished his PepsiCo career as the founding Chairman and CEO of the Pepsi Bottling Group, the fifth largest IPO in history at that time. He is a Trustee of Adirondack Community Foundation, Arizona State University, and the Adirondack Explorer and sits on the Advisory Council of Saint Vincent de Paul. He previously served as a director of Macy's, Starbucks, PepsiCo, Tuskegee University, and Carnegie Hall.

Nancy retired from a career in banking and now serves on the boards of three mutual funds. She is a current director of the Gemma Foundation, a foundation supporting a social services agency focused on child welfare and behavioral health in Philadelphia.
