Ensure the reach and resiliency of our regional safety net services.
Over 50% of people in our region struggle to access adequate food, shelter, transportation, or physical and mental health support. While local families grapple with higher living costs and mounting needs, the organizations serving this community report they are stretched thin across their broad, rural service areas.
Gifts to this fund will help the Foundation to support the formation of vital nonprofit partnerships and region-wide services that will expand the ecosystem of resources for our neighbors in need. Our Basic Needs work ensures that more people will not just make ends meet, but will position themselves for fulfilling lives.
