Svetlana Filipson

Svetlana joins Adirondack Community Foundation as the director of the Adirondack Innovation Initiative (A2I), responsible for helping to build and grow the region's tech-focused ecosystem. Svetlana most recently worked as a Senior Director and Head of the Analytics department at a marketing performance agency that specializes in working with nonprofit clients. She has nearly 20 years experience in data analytics, people and project management and strategy execution. Svetlana completed Lake Placid High School and graduated from Syracuse University with degrees in Biology, Public Relations, and International Relations. A true daughter of the Adirondacks, she enjoys hiking, camping, trail running, craft beer, skiing, swimming and rugby. She is very excited to return to the Adirondacks full time and do work that makes a direct impact to our community!
